Friendly units in the target area deal 10% more ranged damage for 20 seconds.
Fan of Knives
A burst of glaives hits up to 8 enemies around a visible location for 22 damage each.
Starfall
Stars fall on up to 6 enemies around a visible location every 1.4 seconds for 13 seconds (10 damage each).
Consume Moon Well Essence
Draws 50 energy from one of your Moon Wells (it needs at least 50) into the altar. An altar can be replenished once every 30 seconds, by this or by any Moon Well.
